Roma defender Antonio Rudiger has completed his move to Chelsea and signed a five-year contract.
The agents involved in the deal arrived in the English capital on Saturday to finalise the transfer, after the two clubs agreed a fee that could rise to £34m for the 24-year-old Germany international.

Antonio Conte is yet to sign a contract extension as Chelsea manager
"I am looking forward to meeting up with my new team-mates and I'm very proud to officially become a Chelsea player."
Chelsea completed the deal as they miss out on their main striker target this summer, Romelu Lukaku, who is set to join Manchester United in a deal understood to have frustrated Antonio Conte.
His new defender Rudiger has spent the last two seasons in Serie A, joining Roma on loan at the start of the 2015-16 season and then joining the club on a permanent basis last summer for £7.6m.
The Blues have also added highly-rated Exeter City teenager Ethan Ampadu.
